how to fill the epicdirect tax form??? please help!!

hi guys I aplayed to epic direct but i have no clue how to fill the taxes forms, do i need an american SN to work with them? I am in Israel.... can anyone give some tips how to finish the registration since i have no clue i am sure there is other affiliates outside us here.....thanks in advance!!!

You should not need to fill out a form W9 if you are not from USA.
