Looking for some advice!

I've just created my first niche site and I'm very happy, it's got me thinking about how to create more sites.

My next potential project isn't a niche as such but I'm wondering if I can monetize this:

60,000 exact searches each month globally and what looks like very little competition. First place has a few 100 backlinks and a flash site. I should be able to walk all over them.

With this particular niche there are DVDs and books available that I could sell via amazon but I don't think there would be much money in it.

What would be the best thing to do with the amount of visitors generated from 60,000 exact searches?

You don't provide enough info for any kind of meaningful answer. Your other alternatives, no matter what the niche, are basically related free CPA offers, paid affiliate offers or Adsense / other PPC or CPM network.
