How to REfresh a REdirect?

Hello..

My question..

I have a rotator with many url's that each redirect to their allocated url.. how can I refresh the original rotator link on auto that each time will be redirected elsewhere.. the problem being the original rotator link needs to be reloaded before the next redirect..
