How many hours did you wait before the seller reply or send you the payment.

What site would this be on - Ebay?

If Ebay I tend to pay right away as I want the item to be sent to me ASAP

Buyer has up to 4 days to pay per Ebay rules if that's what you're talking about.

Yeah I personally pay *immediately*, always. However based upon reaction/feedback, it would seem this is unusual.

I would agree, you should set the payment to immediately so that there is no hassle if the person buys the item and then finds that they either change their mind or that they no longer have the money and then you have to try and relist the item ad contact the buyer ect.

Immediate payment is definitely the way to go.
