I Faked Paypal - Will they take legal action on me?

Hello guys,

I'm recent here but not so new to IM. I received more than 2500? at paypal an therefore I had to submit my ID card.
However, I had to fake my ID card birthday using Photoshop. They won't be able to identify it as a fake because te quality of the picture is not enough.

I'm just afraid that they check the card and take legal action on me for faking a ID card.

What do you think that will happen?
I don't really care if I'm banned, I only had 50? there, but if they take legal action I'm pretty fucked up.

I would really appreciate any answers

Lock your doors,windows and back doors. Any second now you will see a white van driving down your road,its paypal. As long as you locked your doors they wont be able to get in,unless you faked a id card because then they use battering rams and flashbangs and will knock down your doors.
Do you have a basement or Safe Room? If so move there NOW!

i mean the employees there don't give a crap, frankly. so if your photoshop looks half-way decent you will slide right under the radar. they don't verify the id or anything.

I can vouch for this.

paypal wont take legal actions bcause they arent even legal themselve. The wrost is if you owe them some money, they gonna sell your debt to a recovery company.

call them up and then shout "merry fucking Christmas"
and they will forgive you 100%

Yeah, it's like a landlord of a basement apartment who has a tenant who is behind on the rent. If the apt violates code, what court will defend his ability to collect?

How old did you make yourself? If they find out you could try to say you have a fake one (novelty) that your friend got you for a present. Say its for joking around when you go to clubs to pretend your older or younger depending on the woman. Apologize and send a scan of the real one. You could even contact them now and say you just found out you sent the wrong one.

I know, I was joking... on the theme - I heard the other day a great idea - set your WLAN SSID to something like 'Police Surveillance Van #02"... Now in all seriousness, I really have no idea if Paypal will find out. Your biggest risk is if they report you for using a fake Gov't ID, taht might be an issue.

Yes, that is exactly what I'm afraid off.

I don't give a shit about my 50? at Paypal when I have taken more than 2400? from black hat IM, but if they report me to some crazy European Union Fake ID Police that will stop a van in front of my house and beat me to death I will be kinda fucked up.

Now seriously, I really appreciate all your answers, even the funny ones.

The fake ID is obviously well done. I own the original PSD and I can only notice a small difference from the original copy at the maximum zoom.

They don't own the original and in the jpeg I sent if you zoom it that much you won't see shit, so chances of their employees discovering are near to 0.

But all the other information is real, so if they sent something like my Tax Number to some EU identity to confirm, they will obviously discover. Of course, they could simply ban me. But the EU identity could do much worse in court.

My fear only appeared when a employee at Paypal said that the review process takes 30 days. Then I thought: if they need 30 days to review an account, then they must be doing serious shit there.
Chances are they are just lazy (let's hope so!).

From all the opinions until now, I think that Black Hat will, once again, succeed

If not, I will report to you, let's grow a big pile of money to pay a fucking good lawyer and bury Paypal to hell in court.
