I don't know, maybe the post did not state clearly what I was looking for : I wrote

"I have an animation movie deal I need to get funded ( so know you know my target market ) so I am looking at an investors list, would not have a problem using a commodities/futures traders investor list."

we all know Realtors are not investors ( well a very small percentage are ), access to their client list is not available without offering them a cut, and the truth is they mostly suck at selling.
