I have not read it. But honestly, what is your reason for joining BHW? I'm sure one of the reasons is to learn the tactics without burning a big hole in your pocket. So my advice is screw it if you can't find it here. Just read the sticky written by Harro and then use a bit of creativity to tweak it abit and you would have made tons of cash without burning a large hole in your pocket.
