do no-follow links only effect PR or serps also?

yes they do. Just you need a lot of them.
I got indexed about 8 000 links most of them are nofollow (about 95%)
And i'm ranking ok for my keyword.

In all my experience, nofollow links do not affect SERPs.

D0follow links are so plentiful that I would advise you not to take the risk on spending time to create nofollow links.

Others believe differently on this score but as far as I am concerned, it's in Google's best interests to ignore the nofollow tag, which is designed to highlight untrustworthy or user generated links.

No Follow are waste of time, unless you have a vast quanitity and given there are lots of do follow, I would invest your time doing that.

allmost site is no follow link ( same content your site) :D ******** domain is almost no quality

No follow don't make any changes to SERPS.

Doesn't have much value SERP-wise but will never hurt to have 'em :)

From recent experiments, I found that no-follow still had some impact but not close to ********s.

reference: 100s of thousands I have created.

but bear in mind that, having no-follow links does make your link building look more legimate

since it does not look natural if all your links are do-follow

i have seen sites ranking within the top 3 positions for very tough keywords in my niche with just no follow links, and i have ranked sites high with only no follow links, so i definitely will that no follow links help too

Some people perceive them to work, as their rankings have increased whilst using them - which I've also experienced. Some people's perceptions are the opposite - being that they've tried, and failed, to see any effects from the links. It could be that the no-follow backlinks they tried to make weren't of the same quality as the do-dollow ones, or that you need hundreds of no-follow to make up a few do-follow; who knows. Nobody can give you an answer to this, as there is none.

Your best bet is to use them if you have time, and you'll see for yourself whether or not they're effective.

I'm confused, however I think they work (51%). Remember the "sex" spammer, 30.000 links in 1 month and ranked first for a short period.

Really good answer.

Thank you very much to share this kinda information about no-follow links, actually I don't know about this completely.
Now I have very good information in my mind about this.

Not much to add to these quality observations other than the fact in my view there are some exceptions to the n0 follow rules and that applies to a limited number of authoritive domains which for reasons unknown do provide a good deal of link power - think wikipedia, big players in the market if your lucky enough to get one you will know what I mean...

don't care weather it is do-follow or no-follow... if u got chance then make use of it... i ranked in top 10 for popular weight loss keyword... i build backlinks without checking weather it is do follow or no follow...

Yup. Do-follow links are more powerful, that doesnt means that no-follow links are not powerful. You can easily scrap 1000 no-follow in a single day. May be that is the reason why google made like no value for no-follow links. But really to say people have made big rankings with no-follow links itself.

I tested myself, ~ 2000 approved nofollow blog comments, no improvement in SERPs (strong competition). Is logical somehow to devaluate the nofollow links otherwise the nofollow concept will become useless.
