Do you mean something like this:
<META HTTP-EQUIV=Refresh CONTENT="0; URL=..."> ?

And if I have meta in 1.com/a.html refering to 2.com/a.html (while this refers to the CPA page ) will this hide my traffic for sure ( until someone from the CPA company goes accidently to 1.com )?
