Never experienced any IP banning either, but Element's problem I have run into. Seems to happen when I convert a file and it doesn't have a length (just says 00:00). And also, I'd recommend converting your file to WMV and then uploading it, because converting to FLV and then uploading usually causes me problems, as illogical as that should be since they end up in FLV anyway.
