Anyone help, looking for elite proxie for a usa paypal account? I'm in uk

I'm in dire need of a usa paypal for use with my usa bank account i have recently opened.

I have tried over 10 proxie services in the last few days, i keep gettting :

No reponse from paypal, proxies timing out due to being slow

Proxie service not allowing paypal access - Due to Cu**s using them for fraud.

I cannot for the life of me find any good proxies that i can use with a new paypal account.

Anyone know of a good place?

I'm recieving funds to my american account from offline marekting daily, which i want to use online via paypal but having problems finding a proxie to open a usa paypal account

Get a VPN, http://www.vpnsecure.me/ $2 per week i pay for mine. They also supply you with a usa proxy too which requires auth. It's shared, but it works a treat here for usa services i use and it is pretty quick at loading stuff.

proXPN is a VPN, which has only US ips, google proXPN and register there, u will get 3 USA proxies and they are fast enough.

I use hma pro for paypal. The paid service is better because the proxies aren't abused and they are fast. <--- two cents

I'd rather go for a cheap (as in not so many features you don't need for this anyway) Xen VPS + VPN. This, unlike the public VPN services, isn't shared by who-knows-who for who-knows-what, and allows for a secure connection. The downside of this is that you'll have to install and configure things or have them installed, but it's a rather straightforward process.

If you go this route make sure to follow basic security measures for your VPS, like changing the default SSH port, etc.
