I'd have said your top graphic is a little misleading. I'd imagine you've got that from another site or a template.
How does getting a free laptop/iPad/Macbook/iPhone relate to your slogan "unless you a prepared for success", your slogan implies business and money-making, that's where I think it originally comes from.
It sets the whole thing off on a strange angle.
The photos are a great idea, but I personally think that when people go to great lengths to get their URL photographed to add authenticity in the way you have it looks suspect. Ok I've been in the game for 5 years, so I'm very aware of all the tricks of the trade, but all those URL snaps are a bit too much for me. Not to mention the many many people in your photos hiding their faces. What's up with that? Either pixel/shade out a face, but don't hide it.
As a psychology major, a person hiding their face or eyes when trying to promote something, is literally hiding something. People will subconsciously attune to this without even realising it and instantly you have lost their trust without them having read anything. 99% of people, especially those that may click through, see photos first and read text only if they have to or they think they need to. I didn't think I needed to read the text.
I also mainly think the long long main page, with testimonial after testimonial is a far far far too saturated method unless you have an awesome supply of very gullible traffic. Not only that every other site that has that testimonial format, normally has a PAY HERE button on the bottom.
Therefore, you need people who have NEVER seen this format before, otherwise that's what they'll be expecting at the bottom of the page. I was expecting that.
I think you should perhaps start to think differently about how you generate your leads for CPA. In this day and age unless you're very lucky it's purely a numbers game.
Employ any of the myriad of methods you can find here on pushing as many people as you can to your site. Don't just try and emulate exactly what other people do. Be a trend setter, come up with the tweaks and ideas yourself. That's the true mark of a money-maker. Being original in a landscape of copycats. People will not spoonfeed you their golden ideas, it's a bastard but you have to have sit down, put yourself in the "mark's" shoes and think what would make you want to click through. Try not to view it as a money-maker, but make yourself a bimbo American housewife for a few hours and work out what makes you tick.
Even if you have to employ some very underhand tatics to generate traffic, as long as you have rock solid CPA company behind you, who approve of what you do, they'll pay you as long as you make them money.
In a simple sentence: What you're doing is far too tired. It's identical to trillions of other pages I have seen, except you have gone to the effort of photographing URLs and putting MacBooks on a Benz!
I know some of what I have said may seem harsh, but I wish someone would have been harsh with me the first year I started, I could have got to where I am now, much faster.
As they say, what don't kill you, only makes you stronger.
I sincerely wish you the best of luck mate.
