I found that the text in the side links (left and right) were more dense than the actual content column in the center.

If the design allows, maybe you could try moving the right column to the left, so that your main posts are on the left, and your two ad columns on the right.

Also, Im not sure if its just me, but in your header, the white text overlaps with the black ... you may want to fix this as well.
