As soon as i navigated to your site i noticed the snow flake effect, top banner and two sidebars of ads. It is all too much, it distracts from the content of the page. You could cut down to just one column of ads and one column of just navigation. The categories listed should be capitalized and they don't need to be repeated on the page. Treat is like it's a site you're designing for a business. Keep the ads discrete, and you'll appear more legitimate to users. It may build a better traffic flow.
