System For Managing Link Buys

Dear Black Hat World,

I'm new here but have been involved in SEO for a number of year. Currently I'm on the hunt for a system if it's already out there to manage all the links that I buy including hunting for new prospects to contact for purchasing links, to manage payments and to manage renewals. Does anyone out there know if any such product exists out there?
