If you'll note in my previous post, I personally believe that relevancy factors such as anchor text, topical relevance of the linking page, and other relational factors like that are probably still transmitted.

But honestly, very few people care about those things or take them into account when looking for inbound links; they care about Link Popularity, Trust, and Authority weight... and NoFollow is designed specifically to prevent that from being passed.

Case in point; it's perfectly okay by Google's rules to sell a NoFollowed link.
