You can build corporate credit without personal guarantees as there is a system for doing this i got a about 4 of them with credit at different levels of credit. All my compaines are wyoming or nevada companies. Nevada allows bearer shares so this is a big plus, no irs info sharing agreement, and shareholders is private data.

Here are they steps to setting up a credit lines for new business:
1. Articles of incorporation file. (use physical address on articles)(use resident agent if out of state company like nevada)
2. File list of officers (use physcial address on list of officers)
3. Call irs by phone and as for a ein or tax number (only takes 15 minutes and they give it to you by phone)
4. Must have a physical address. dont use a virtual office or p.o box. Better to use a home address if you don't have a real office and no other company must have same address. This address must be on number 1 & 2.
4. Set up a phone number listed to that home address. Forward that number to your cell phone or an answering service as you must have a phone answering in your companies name for compliance when they call and you are establishing credit lines. Register that number with national 411 immediataly as that is the first thing compaines check if you are listed and they can find you.
5. Open up business account usally its a good deal to open 3 of them as some creditors check the age of your bank account. This way you have some throw away accounts on hand just in case.
6. Now if you set your company up as a nevada, kansas, or wyoming corp you need to file a foreign qualications to do business in the state you are in. This is so you can open a bank account in that state.
7 Cal Dun and Bradstreet and get a duns number. It will cost 47$. Those fuckers will try to sell you. Tell them you don't want to buy nothign now but maybe later as you don't want them selling you a credit builder program because you don't need that shit. They will try to sell you a 299$ to 799$ package. They are ball busters do don't sign up for it.Just tell them you want to pay the 50$ for your duns number and that is it. they will email it to you in a day to 3 days.

This is the first stage of complaince.
There are 3-5 stages of credit lines taking you from simple credit like sprint and staple to more advance of cash credit cards without a social security. As soon as you are finished with this stage pm me and it will post the next stage for everyone here. Its alot of typing but if you are serious i will post the next stages so complete this first.

But just so you know ahead of time. It takes 1 month for simple credit but takes a 6 months to a year before you can get cash credit cards without personal gurantee and there is only like 5 compaines that offer credit cards (cash) without personal guarantee.
