How do you create multiple Google Adwords accounts without Google knowing?

Yes, you need to login to each account with a different IP address. But what else? How do you pay them since you need unique names for each account? And unique addresses. How is this handled?

What about Yahoo and MSN? Are they easier to have multiple accounts with?
