i need some help about cpa networks.Most of the networks have requirements of something like more than 100K unique visitors.

Is there any kind of work around?

Do all the ppl who join cpa networks have that kind of high traffic (100K+)

If other requirements are completed (other than the traffic) then do these networks drop/cancell affiliate for not getting high traffic after few months?
