Payment docks - chargebacks

When someone does a chargeback, do most affiliate programs dock the amt from it?

Let's say I'm promoting something through BH methods, and someone does a chargeback later.

Which affiliate programs won't dock amounts even though someone does a chargeback. I might have a method of exploiting this greatly.

They will see over 50% of your sales got charge backed and just ban you... so not much of an exploit. Usually they don't though if you are promoting stuff legit.
