I am going to start outsourcing business. Please advise me!

Hi,

I am going to try to make some money with outsourcing arbitrage so I can build a bank for other projects.

Hopefully, if it goes well - scale it up, automate it and move on.

My simplified plan is to find people who need articles, find people who write

articles at, lets say 3$ and sell it for 6$ and make a profit.

So to make this happen, I made a plan but I have some questions and I need to be advised.


This is my plan:

1. Find article writers who chare 2$-3$ per article

2. For start build a list of 30-50 article writers on my Skype or MSN.

3. Offer my services on various IM related forums and classified sites like Craigslist.

4. Offer my services as article writer and charge 5$ .

5. I live in a country that isn't supported by PayPal and I thought to JV with someone with PayPal acc.

6. I need to be very organized because I need to manage lots of articles writers
and buyers ( i hope so ) also number of orders articles, turn around time etc.

7. Future of this plan: expand to other services - like logos, seo services, website design. Hire someone to manage all this and automate it.

My questions:

1. What do you think how much I should buy articles for and for how much sell them?
I was thinking to find article writers that charge 2$-3$ and sell that articles for 5$ per article?

2. Where I can find a good article writers that write articles at that rate? Can I just buy a list of article writers from someone to speed up process?

3. I thought first to offer my services on DP and see how it goes? Any suggestions here?

4. How much I charge for article? If I pay 3$ for article do you think I can charge more than 5$-6$ or that is just greedy?

5. I don't have PayPal so I thought to JV with someone who has PayPal acc. and from time to time he would send me money via western union. Do you have some recommendation how should I protect myself from scamers.
Let's say if I offer JV to someone on this forum what should I look for? What number of posts?What title?

6. Can you recommend me some program or service where I can keep things highly organized?

And last one, what do you think about this plan generally?

Yes I am aware of Plimus but I need to have paypal account because I need to have all my money at one place. So people can pay me and I can pay people from same payment processor.

Have I write something wrong?

You gonna need to spend a lot of money finding the writers.
Sometimes you will think you striked gold... he sent you a very nice sample... you take work from someone and he does it for you.

Then you get garbage because his sample was fake.

Just be aware of that.

The method you said is not outsourcing. It need more work as well as a luck.

you can find 1$ writers on freelancer and other sites. The thing is that the quality is so poor that they're simply useless.

If you want to do this you NEED a guy on the ground in Manilla.

If you do not have paypal, maybe you can open a moneybookers account?

I have both because I do business with other guys that do not have paypal
but they have moneybookers.

If you jv with a guy that has both, it would be an easier transfer than
using western union and probably less expensive.

BTB is right, Moneybookers is awesome. I use them all the time.

Paypal is a SCAM, they tried to take 34K from me in '05. Thank god I was able to get Meg Whitman's home phone number and convince her to give back my money.

Western Union is pretty expensive when it comes to small transactions. Get your 'providers' to set up credit card portals and then user your credit card to pay them. This = free miles = free holiday for you and the GF.
