Looking to get 500 hits a day on Youtube videos.

I'm looking for a ebook or someone to tell me how I can obtain the goal in my title. I'm willing to pay $$$ for this method. I've looked on here in a few places and can't really find any posts on this except for buying traffic, which I will not do, if I wanted mass traffic I could just do it myself. I want legit viewers with legit comments etc 500 views a day I would think that is small time, but a reasonable goal.
