She may be pissed off because she is building a list using your traffic. If you send the surfers directly to her sales page she loose the opportunity to steal your traffic into her List.

Now, if you rank well for her keyword and if she still bitches about it,
1. Update your lens saying Her product Sucks and
2. Promote her competitor.

By the way stuff some cookies so even if some of your surfers still decides to buy her product.
