[HELP] PAN Card and Returns Query

Guyss.. I need a help.. I am an Indian.. I heard that if one has a PAN Card. one has to fill returns.

pls somebdy tell more about it.. what documents do i need to submit..

Hi, if you have pancard and its not necessary that you should file the returns. If you are a student and your age is above 18, you also can apply for pan card, but although you are not making any income, no need of file the returns.

If you want to file, you can file nil returns. Many auditors available in india who will do this work for pretty cheap price.
