Keyword Domains

Guys I have read many ebooks on how to rank for keywords.
I just want to ask u guys what else can I do.
I know if u get the keyword in ur domain its good and get it as title and write about it.
But that is not enough,I have researched many keywords and seen domains ranking for it only having one article and they have huge no. of backlinks.
Like how can someone create 10000 or so backlinks easily,they have to be using something like scrapebox or xrumer.
But are these backlinks worth it,like a page having Pr 5 but having 1000 OBL's, is it worth it to comment on it,or is 30-50 angela style backlnks better to rank?
Also Guys Could 10-20 edu or gov links help too? I know it depends on the keyword competition too,so how to and what type of backlinks should I get.

It very much depends on the competition, you're right. The best thing to do if you're unsure about how much you need to do is go through stages. I personally do it in this order...

- Basic indexing.
- Social bookmarking.
- Profile links.
- Higher PR links (blog roll, comments etc).

I'd advise waiting 2 weeks between each stage so you can let the effect of what you've just done take hold.

I would also like if someone has a book or something,like which wordpress theme is the best and easily optimized and has high ctr for adsense?So i can make a few of them and get some traffic,thanks.

A link is a link, some are worth a lot, some are worth jack diddly shit, but if see someone with 10,000 links to their site and lets assume their site was built specifically to make $$$ then you can also assume that most of those links were gotten via an automated method, i.e xrumer, scrapebox, and in which case they arent going to care how many OBL's these pages have, they are going for quantity and not quality, sometimes this can work, it all depends what toolset you have access to and how blackhat you wanna take things.
