Hiring someone to help my advertise my website

Hi everyone! Im new to all of this and dont know how to make money off a site. I am in the process of having a website design for my relationship coach business. I dont want anything too big but i would like to make some money offering my coaching services online. I was considering buying a website in addition to the one im having designed since it has an ebook with it..what do you guys think of this one? http://flippa.com/auctions/88890/Hot-Dating-Niche-ClickBank-Product-Site or am i headed in the wrong direction?

i would like to drive some traffic and make money so please let me know how much u guys would charge and what it would include.

I don't have the time in my schedule to give you advice on SEO, but as for the flippa site, try and find out how much money revenue the site generates monthly/yearly and factor that in while making your bid. Just my .02 cents

I would be careful with that!
SEO is going to be hard but the design would not be and most designs that I have noticed on flippa.com are not exactly worth getting!
