Tell the coder you will pay within two weeks of script proving itself useful pending some last minute adjustments.

Promise to pay 1.5 to 2 times going rate, or to pay a $100 bonus for a script that works and is fine tuned at the end just right.
Now you have the script.

(Ensure you get them to show you a similar script or another script they made and to give you honest estimate on how long it will take to write, remind them that there is money at the end of this, meanwhile get everything else set up and begin to manually post the links - time is money).

Do remember this is an income generating exercise that is out of your hands. Various things out of your control could come to an end here (also other opportunities for expansion could crop up) so don't expect it to work forever. Outsource the process.
