Juice from redirected 301?

Hey,

lets say, some big site has a backlink to my site, but not direct like <a href="http://example.com">example</a> but like this: <a href="http://bigsite.com/?siteid=12345">example</a> - if you click on that link, it redirects you to my site (301)...
so, will google count such kind of backlink?

loosely speaking, backlinks are equivalent to link juice.
eh, for the sake of my poor english, i don't know how to explain in scientific way, but you can take a look at this patent.

According to Matt Cutt's comment(some words from this guy you can take, some, not), link juice will lose some in this redirecting process.

Don't laugh at me if my post is too whitehat :D
 
Yeah thats why you make those redirects but if your thinking of buying domain after domain just to redirect to get backlinks then your stupid unless of course they are aged and very high pr and cheap!
