The hosting providers don't like to mediate - if someone files a claim, they pull the site(s) and if someone files a counterclaim, they put them back up. Of course, having some out of the country backup hosting doesn't hurt, but I don't know where you can get this cheap.

The site is now back up. However, my server is requesting now that I provide a serial number for my other software (BANs), which I also downloaded. Needless to say, I do not have a serial number for this. Where can I get one? Or how should I proceed with this host requesting this now because of this claim? (Hostgator is the host)
