Default Re: Jon AKA deja-crew...we hardly knew ye (proof it must be over)

Got what you paid for?

I'm glad you feel that way, and to know people are happy and that they got what they paid for... I didn't... I specifically paid for this:

Quote:
During the next 4 weeks you're going to learn the ins and outs of building a highly successful business online. We're going to do it together, and we're only going to build the business that brings you closer to the life that you really want to have. I'm not going to tell you to sell products you don't believe in, do things that you would find unethical, or work to create something that won't ultimately fulfill you financially, and as a human being.
Go back and read the sales letter at http://iamjonathan.com/coaching/

I did not receive that... I may be happy with the materials I was provided, I may be happy with the work I have put into this (by piecing together poorly sent emails that made following the course like deciphering the dead sea scrolls)...

...but I am not happy with being under delivered and ripped off by someone who talks sooooo highly of over delivering and walking the high road.

It is that hypocrisy that kills me, and should not be rewarded. He criticizes "e-whoring" and win / lose marketing in his ebook, and then this bit of ignoring paying customers?

And when he goes on and on about giving people what they want and then says that you are going to hype up your customer's soooo much they are going to be dying to drink the "purple kool-aid"... Did I pay $199 for a glass of Jonathan's purple kool-aid??? It feels like it.

The issue is not one of did he send us some cool stuff.. he did... the issue is whether he:

1. Lied about his intentions outright, never planned to deliver and ripped us off. So he is a crook...

2. Just does not have what it takes to be the IM semi-guru he claims to be and wasn't capable of putting a course together at all because he doesn't have the skills, knowledge or whatever. So he is a Failure...

3. He just does not have the decency or self-respect to make good on his deal. He had some troubles (who doesn't) can't get to a computer to finish the lessons or something... But just doesn't care about the people who sent him money and won't sen out 1 email to make it understood... So he is a socially retarded, irresponsible jerk...

Any of these options make him a dick whether he is a "good guy" or not...

If we were talking about Yanick Silver or Brad Callen, there would be no mercy for the IM Guru who ripped folks off... why is Jonathan to be held to a different standard? Cause he wrote some cool posts? That's part of his course folks! Go to a orum, wow folks with free info and hack together a product to sell them... he just did to this forum what he advocates in his course... we were niche marketed

Here is my letter to paypal submitting a dispute and asking for a full refund:

Please return my payment on this item as I am not satisfied with this product.

Jonathan Semenick Offered a 30 day e-coaching class on Internet Marketing, here is a link to the site, http://iamjonathan.com/coaching/

He has not delivered on this course, failing to send all the lessons promised, refusing to answer emails from his students, and not offering or making available any of the "private coaching area" e-coaching interaction he outlined in the sales letter. I am not alone, after communicating with many other students of this course, not one has received the full course.

I have received only 19 of the promised 30 lessons and from his failure to answer emails from myself or others in the course, I do not expect to receive the rest. Also because of his using a faulty and poorly set up email autoresponder, the lessons that have been received are incomplete and out of order, making them difficult to follow effectively.

I would also like to point out the 19 lessons are not complete and are unusable as is without knowing the unavailable material.

As you can see on his website he offers a 31 day guarantee, I have more than adequately put the hours required for my part in the lessons I have received:

(quote from site)
"My Personal Guarantee To You 100% Money Back Guarantee
If you give me 30 days, and a PROMISE to follow the steps I give you, and do a BARE MINIMUM of 2 hours of work per day, I guarantee that you will be profitable and HIGHLY satisfied at day 31. If you're not, or if you feel like you have't gotten your full value from my coaching program, I'll gladly refund every penny of your membership price."
I want my money ($199.00) back, and wish to take him up on the money back guarantee.

I also wish that he would refund the money owed to all the other members of this course, who also have not received their promised materials, or at least make the remaining lessons available to them.

Thank you for your time and efforts in this matter.
I think others should do the same... You hit a man in his wallet to make him listen.

Jonathan, I know you read all this... You have all your readers set up to search your name and products on the forums... Read my signature... Why don't you just come clean and explain yourself?

I vote ban him if he does not deliver or explain why he hasn't...

Ciao,

Crow
