I think , you flatter yourself,when you think that all people need your opinion. You only one "unhappy" customer,but the problem from your side. It's clear in this topic,that you trying to find the reason for refund.

Also,we always aproved the same day,or with the delay 2-3 days. Only in this month we have the delay with this,but all other customers don't have problem with it. And we have the serious reason fot this.
You need to stop the complaints about refund,you don't have the serious reason for it,so just forgot about it.
I am recomend to wait James without attempts to blackmail us. Unless,you 'll need to pay us all lost orders. May be this is joke,may be not
