James already was in town and approved all other customers. ROFLMA next time James "passes through" ask him to stop playing games and just give a refund. I loose access to TBPRO ( well parts of it) and dont have to continue this lunacy.....you can start rebuilding what little rep you have.
I can not believe you openly admitted the above.....this is simply not worth the effort and it MUST have cost you already more than the cost of a refund in lost orders. Nobody reading this thread will buy your "solution" now.
Back to weekly reports ........don't hold yer breath folks James is just passing through...common please step and read your excuses from the viewpoint of a potential customer
