As long as you cite where the content is from, it should be ok. There are still fair use laws regarding copyrights and published work. Merely citing copyright material does not get you off the hook. You need permission from the copyright owner to be in the clear. Also, falling under any fair use exceptions is a very tall hurdle when you have commercial intentions.
