i know this is bhw and such, i deal heavily, nearly exclusively in adwords, and i for one would never do anything black or greyhat with adwords. i would not want to be caught w/ my hand in the cookie jar and have google ban all 20 of my adwords accounts(since they easily know if its all linked and tracked and whatever, they know it's all linked btw they must have it show up on their screen when you ask for help, i've called numerous times to check on an account issue and they've said sure you just need blah and blah, oh i've noticed something on your other account...) i have nothing to add to how or anything with this subject other than if your primarily do adwords, don't do grey or blackhat you will get caught somehow, and you'll then have to rely on msn/yahoo.
