I'm running an email campaign that redirects off of a site I'm hosting. Is this generally viewed as OK with CPA networks, when the offer is Email only? Or do I HAVE to post the link they give me in the email?

Also.. is there a way to redirect off of my page AND show the original referrers too? I'm using a meta refresh now, but the majority of the clicks are showing up as "no referrer". Will this be OK with the CPA network? If not, how can I setup a redirect that will actually show the refferer? I'd rather it show all of the email pages as the referrer, as to not raise any suspicion.
