What type of advertising account are you using? It's possible that accounts belonging to the same BM will have the same disabled methods.

Are you using a personal account? Personal accounts are weaker and have a higher chance of being scanned, so try using a BM account to see if it works better

Facebook is scanning for banned accounts of type 273 recently, you can appeal when the account is banned, the possibility of returning is 50/50 in my opinion.
