Had a previous journey on BHW, so here is the brief outline of my past few years since joining.
- Portfolio of smallish google sites - made decent money and tanked after google algorithm updates
- Had fake news websites - did really well for a short period and crashed
- Became an onlyfans chatter for top 0.1% accounts - quickly became a top chatter and had sales of 50-100k per month on the worst shift (USA 1AM - 9AM).
- Briefly tried Onlyfans promotion and FAILED MISERABLY lol
- Went back to what I was good at and created my own OF chatting agency 3 months ago - which is where I am now.
Currently im working with around 6 smaller models and just trying to grow. Being a new agency I can't attract 0.1% accounts because I just dont have the pull unfortunately.
This industry is full of small time chatters and dumb agencies spamming models, but thankfully for me these guys SUCK. I've literally seen models at the agency where I previously worked go from 10k per month -> 90k per month after the filipino management got replaced with westernized chatters. Im guessing the models paid more, but they also made a ton more money - so this is pretty much what im trying to replicate.
In short - people dont know how to chat, pretend they can and just perform terribly.
Currently we are working with commission-only sales with independent models as I don't want to hire $3/hour 3rd world workers because thats not the best approach to make money IMO. The approach I'm working with is that models are generally happier with splits, so if the model is happy, so am I. Good chatters also prefer to be paid by commission only as they earn more and actually have an incentive to do well.
This month (September) im on track to make around $7000-9000 this month after the chatters have been paid, which is not the best but I'm happy with the growth so far. It's hard work but I actually enjoy this job a lot more than any of the other ventures ive tried and its pretty much 24/7 non-stop which suits me.
Currently unsure on how long it will take me to reach this goal as it really depends on model acquisition.
