Yes works great. In my opinion better as using ctr software. Just make sure that you use enough devices and browsers. Especially if you have access to a team of local workers. Factory workers are sufficient for this. Or small scale and do it yourself. But even ctr software still works good if you do it right.

You can do it yourself or hire a factory worker and give instructions. Be aware of cookies. For android be aware of Google framework and Google app services. So don’t use one android phone for the same domain each time but go once in the few days or week to the same domain. That’s not a problem and even good as returning visitors. Maybe it’s overkill and private browser or empty cache and cookies is sufficient but I would be careful. Better scaling domains over scaling clicks.

It’s hard to find reliable info from clickfarm owners. I end up by hardware sellers with my questions. It’s really try and error.
