What's BS is the way that these people present this type of stuff. There's is no way that you will be able to create a $240,000/yr income working 30-60min a day from the start. It's very misleading.
You need to put in the hard work and time to get to that point. Once you are that point, then an hour or so a day to maintain this type of auto-pilot income is possible.
In order to make $240,000/yr, you need to generate $20,000/month. To make that, you need to make $666.67/day.
Using these figures:
1 site making 1 sale that generates $20 commission per day.
1% conversion = 1 sale out of every 100 visitors
In order to make your daily goal of $666.67, you would need to have just 34 sites generating one $20 commission in a day at a 1% conversion rate. The figures I used are really low, so you can do this with less sites/sales, etc. But I used low figures on purpose to show you that it is doable, if you want to get there.
Getting to this point may take some time, but it is definitely doable for those that make a real effort.
But buying every $37 ebook will not get you there.
