How can i sell my website?

If the traffic is organic, I guess it gets sold for 12 to 36 months of income.

so if it makes 200 per month organically, it would be sold for $2400 - $7200

Basically, list it for $7000 and wait for a couple of weeks, if it's not sold, reduce the price to 6k and like that.
 
These days, websites typically sell for 20x - 35x of their monthly income, depending on a number of factors which include age, stability over time, whether the traffic and income are on an upward trend or not, whether traffic is mainly from tier-1 countries, whether traffic is organic, potential for expansion (e.g. to other related niches), potential for additional monetization options, etc.

So, since your average earning over the past 7 months is roughly 357 euros, you can expect anything between 10,500 and 12,500 euros. Note that there are no rules etched in stone with regard to these, though.

When it comes to selling, you can use platforms like Motion Invest or reliable Facebook groups for website flipping (I recommend "Flipping Websites" and "Niche Website Flippers"). Flippa is quite shitty these days, with most listings being flooded by spies and time-wasters. If you ever consider selling via a Facebook group, using an Escrow service is a must!!

But the site income does not come from Google, it is the income earned in return for the service I provide. Can I sell it again at these prices?
 
You can sell your site on flippa or other sites like godaddy for example, make sure to sell the Domain in the right x, Take a look at futher Domains that were already Sold / are on the Marketplace. Good luck though bro!

How do you get your customers to provide that service?
Is it possible to scale?
 
There are plenty of sites to sell on but I would go with more reputable sites like Flippa so you don't get screwed over or low balled. Some good info has been shared here so I hope it goes well for you.
 
Imo boosting site is a type of a small business. It requires a lot of management and people with no knowledge wont find it very attractive. If I were you, I'd reach out to other valorant boosting and see their offers. But, I hardly doubt u'll reach 30x due to the business model of your website. Good luck

What is the process of selling a site? As in, you don't just hand in the keys to a car in hand... How does one actually go about it? Give logins to host account and transfer domain?
 
Flippa - Yes.

Price will depend on how you are getting traffic. Since if you are not ranking on KWs and only earning client base through ads and stuff, I am not sure if people will buy it. (IMO)
 
To be honest, if the website requires low maintenance, I would suggest focusing on increasing its revenue. However, if you're considering selling it, as previously mentioned, Flippa is a good platform to use. Additionally, if it's a whitehat website, I recommend exploring related Facebook groups or Discord channels to see if anyone is interested in purchasing it.
