Its just like a social media site or any site. You write a description for your image, and title, and submit it for approval to the company. They then either reject or approve it, and you get your design listed and stored for free to earn you profits for any purchase.

Make a good design from an inspiration of a design you have, and then upload the design. Just do one, so you get the hang of the process till it's approved. Then you'll know to submit more.
