I don't collect it it just needs to be inputed for buying, and as much as i know since i use Stripe checkout they're the one collecting those details hence they're the ones needing ICO and not me?

If you don't store data in your database, I think you are exempt.

But I'm not an accountant, as far as I know 1stformations allow 30 min talking with accountant for free. You may ask them.

Already bought the 30gbp or so package, but those slackers will open the company on monday even though i already registered two days ago

Lol, they will form a company for you not a discord account, for some registration offices, it takes up to 14 days & even 1-2 months.

UK company formation takes 2 days usually, but this is weekend so yes it'll be ready monday or tuesday. Why would it take 2 months?

It took a registration office 3 months & 9 days to register a LLC in the US, it depends on a lot of factors including where you from, what type of company you wanna corporate, what package you desire. You should give them time to sort this out and not rush things.
