Any hope being accepted by adsense after the 4th Rejection?

This is the 4th time my blog will be rejected by google adsense. Find attached the last mail sent by the adsense Team.
Can I still re-apply after the 4th time and do I have any chance of my blog being accepted by Adsense?

I want to delete all my posts and start all over gain, this time around concentrate more on keyword research .

According to them you can apply for Adsense for an unlimited number of times and - if you do a few things right (as explained in those threads) - you should get approved eventually

You can still apply again to AdSense again AFTER fixing your website, as per the 4 points listed under "Site Behavior: Navigation" in that (screenshot) email that you received.

I apologize for hijacking your post, but I'd like to kindly ask you to PM me (or upload it here, I don't care) the screenshot because for some reason I can't see the content of OP's image and I'd like to see that reply from Adsense because I'm thinking of applying to Adsense myself, so this reply kind of interests me directly

You can be rejected another 15 times, if you fix these problems and make a minimally acceptable site without suspicious links and fishy random redirections, you will be accepted.
