Proxy usage help...

Hi, I have never used proxy without an api link before, I am running a python bot and it is asking usernameassword:ipaddressort or authentication of ip from provider ipaddressort as main gateway, I have authenticated my ip but still can't get it to run, also I did add the proxy to txt to the goodproxy folder but still failing, could anyone help me please.

Have you tested the proxies to make sure you set your authentication IP correctly? Try one in a brower on the same IP you auth'd or test them however but if they work then the python bot you're using might only accept proxies with user and pass authentication. If that's the case, see if you can create a username and password for the proxies. A lot of places have the option by default but you might have to contact support for this if they don't. Also make sure you're putting the proxies in the correct place if the bot is reading from a file path. Hope ya get it sorted out.

I have managed to get it running with, providerURL : port : proxy: I done this to every proxy and it seems to work, Cheers

If you don't understand how proxies work at all then, I recommend you watch some YouTube videos on the topic of proxies and how to set them up on your device. Additionally, if everything fails try contacting your Proxy provider's support.
