What CMS, if any, are you using? Ones specifically for tubes usually have built in hotlink protection. If not you’ll have to add that to your code, and ensure the content server(s) are whitelisted to only play when it gets a request from your website.
You can also have the content server generate random file names and update the video pages automatically, then even if someone does hotlink it’ll only work for a period of time before you have CRON run a script that changes the file names and updates the backend database accordingly.
Or you can watermark the videos and just allow sites to hotlink and put the extra bandwidth costs as a cost of advertising. That can also be done automatically, and really should already be done as your content server should make multiple formats of your videos available, ex: 240p,420p,720p,1080p etc. don’t go interlaced as people will get artifacts when pausing frames.
And if none of that made sense, then honestly I wouldn’t do a tube. You missed the easy money boat for adult content by like 20 years. I used to make a killing off anything adult, even a simple photo that updated once a day with a Google search box made like $20-50 a day, but these days you got to compete with pornhub and such. No one is visiting Wordpress tubes with a single bitrate available, they’re expecting a good experience. I had multiple servers around the globe with a goal of sub 1 second load times and even that I shut down as the money just wasn’t there anymore. These days if you want porn just Snapchat your friend.
And don’t even get me started on new regulations if you’re in the US. Many are pushing to make YOU responsible for anything a user uploads, even if that never passes places like Visa are refusing to do business with places like pornhub. It’s way too much hassle for the amount of profit.

Hello,
Simple, buy a server and host all your videos on it And Streaming video with PHP from server with referer check and Allow Only Your sites.
For Stable Stream
Use 2 servers one to store videos and another to stream, even u can use single server. but it will frozen at anytime.
Try SSD/Nvme offshore server for Streaming Server with Litespeed
This method will consume More Bandwidth on Both Servers.
Note: fseek not gonna work on ftp/direct mp4 links
i recommend you to build Your own Script to manage videos and integrate with 3rd party video host API (just like a automated video mirror system with multi embed player) and after you got a good traffic, disable 3rd party code and modify it to stream with Direct.
this will help you to maintain cash flow for next month .

Use Custom CMS for Better SEO and full control over site, unlike wordpress, you may get less power and options.

Buy hdd storage server for your budget and integrate with 3rd party api.
After you gain More traffic simply recode system to stream directly.
Im already working on this project .

A method is now coming to the surface that was once there with TGP. Linkback to a tube site, give your uploaders more freedom, more freedom and ask for a backlink. Tube Sites Submitter will send you many uploaders from OnlyFans models to paysites owners.

From my experience, you need a lot of budget to work with adult paid ads. There is so much testing that needs to be done & it's expensive.
Yes, you might think you are getting millions of cheap impressions but in our game, we need sales to convert affiliate commission.
And if you are using free traffic from Reddit or forums or social, it works but it's uncertain and takes a lot of time.
