I think if you want to use free then you can use skynetfree here you can get 100gb free.
Or if you want to get revenue then you can turn to netu or fembed or archive.org there you can host and get .MP4 direct link of the site.

I personally think netu is the best bcz of the video load time quality of video and you can lower thead setting on it.

P.s- I use both Skynet for direct download
