I spoke a bit before about digital addiction.

This open question is a continuity and more general topic.

In your daily life, what is your biggest addiction?

Pretending to be a fish on a forum? Burgers? Drawing Christmas hats for a whole community? Chewing gum? Playing games?

Personally, I just love to smell armpits...

ehm...sorry I didn't want to say this...

Personally, I just love to smell perfumes when I cross by in shopping malls after work.

What about you?

IM, it's a ducking loophole, I can't get out from it. Don't want to though, so like most of the addictions lol

Oh you mean IRL, I didn't discover that part yet :(

Used to be gaming, I am so glad I stopped though. It is just such a serious waste of time.
Playing video games fools your brain into thinking you accomplished something and gives out accomplishment chemicals, which heeds your progress and motivation to do things that actually matter.
Gaming is seriously detrimental and 5 years ago if someone told me that I would have thought they were stupid, but it's actually true

It's not completely useless though. As a non native English speaker, I learned English while gaming. Playing English games all day is way more effective than learning in school.
Depending on the game, I also learned a few history facts and other things. Also, some games are good exercises for the brain, especially when it comes to concentration and coordination.
I quit some years ago when my addiction became out of control. Every now and then you hear about guys dying after gaming for a few days in a row. I could have been one of them.
