I need an advice for PBN's cheap and medium quality :)

No one is going to do that because it is against the rules.

Spend some time in the link building section, read reviews and talk to he sellers directly.

But SEO is about test and more tests. Nothing is certain.

Let me also add that there is no bulletproof PBN service.

If you don't have the budget/reason to create your own PBN, it's better if you do go with PBN renting service or limited OBL PBNs,
do not go with the common used/sold PBN links as they will only give a temporary boost which falls over time as the article(s) leave the homepage, as well as most of them, are kinda spammed to death which makes it even worse

Investing in high-quality PBN links (& links generally) could be more expensive, but as long as you make a good ROI, it's really worth it,
Cheaper links would require to keep investing once and again & not getting the same results as the good ones, so they do not simply work for the long run & even riskier to drop out with the next update

you can recommend other sellers, you only can promote your own service

I think my own service is quite enough

You can check at the marketplace section, by requesting for samples at the good metrics PBN thread.
CHecking the samples for Low OBL, spam score, DA (atleast go for 30+) may help you choose it wiser

PBNs are usually 'expensive', being expensive though depends on your budget and of course your level of understanding. If you're not ready to spend on quality PBNs don't bother starting only to stop halfway.

Besides, I don't understand what you mean by medium quality.

Do check out the SEO-linkbuilding section to buy the Quality PBN's. Many sellers are providing good service here. Read the reviews in the thread. And choose the PBN's with some decent metrics, avoid spammy ones.
