Spotify streams

All my spotify acoounts (based in three different locations, one location connected to a VPN) from a couple of days, stop playing after 9 seconds.
I'm doing this from year and a half and this is the first time that's happening.
I don't know to do, maybe all the account are burned.
Any suggestions?

Are the accounts getting hacked? Logged into from another location?

No they haven't been hacked. I made each one of them and I have still access.
