Can some one tell me how to make own 4g proxy from android mobile phone
I saw a apk app on blackhatworld forums in past I forgot that app name
Any body tell me any app that make proxy from my android phone

It's very easy. Look up "proxidize android" (app)
 
You can do that or just look for a cheap 4g proxies that are most likely guaranteed to work way better.

I have 3 4g mobile phones and want to make 4g proxy and looking for an android or apple based app to create mobile proxy.

They have a free version I am going to try that.
